I grew up in the real estate industry. My father opened Kitslaar Real Estate1955 so it was only natural for me to follow in his footsteps. I have attained all of my professional designations. CRS - Certified Residential Specialist(Less than 4% of Realtors nationwide hold this prestigious designation), GRI - Graduate of Realtor Institute and ABR - Accredited Buyer Representative. This advanced education makes me a better Realtor and allows me to offer a higher level of service and results for my clients. I am consistently in the top 5 % in sales production out of the over 500 Northeast Wisconsin area Realtors. I have consistently obtained my seller's higher selling prices for their homes with fewer days on market... My listing and marketing process works! I am a full service broker and will professionally handle all aspects of your transaction from listing to marketing to negotiations and finally to a successful closing. This will allow you to concentrate on the things that are important to you... getting you and your family ready to move into your next home.

Brian grew up on a small farm in central Wisconsin and was exposed to the outdoors at an early age. Brian gained valuable knowledge by following in his father's and grandfather's footsteps, understanding conservation and becoming a land steward. With a bachelors degree in soil science and conservation, Brian began his professional career as an environmental consultant gaining experience in project management and land development. Being a liaison between private commerce and governmental agencies developed his knowledge of governmental programs and client relationships.
With his love for the outdoors and intimate relationship with the land, Brian realized his goal of spending more time with his growing family and made a life changing decision to create a habitat consulting and food plot installation business. This was a seamless fit, combining his passion for hunting and the outdoors along with his ability to help people achieve their land management and hunting goals. Along with managing and manipulating his own property located in Marathon County Wisconsin, Brian has installed and managed hundreds of acres of food plots throughout the upper Midwest. Brian owns all of the equipment, and has the knowledge needed to help a landowner design and transform a property into a big buck paradise. Brian is in constant contact with property owners who are passionate about chasing and growing world-class whitetails and his critical knowledge of timberlands, soils and agronomy makes him an invaluable resource to his clients.
Being a Real Estate professional with a degree in conservation and the owner of a wildlife habitat improvement company makes Brian uniquely qualified to help his clients realize their dream of property ownership.
Brian... I want to thank you for your assistance in the sale of my cabin and hunting 40 in Shawano County. After talking to two other local real estate agents, it was an easy decision to list my property with you and Whitetail Properties. The exposure that I got through your website was amazing.
You were the only agent that took the time to walk my entire property (several times) to become familiar with it and take photos that highlighted the features that deer hunters would be interested it. Your help and advice about all the little things that go into getting a property ready to show were invaluable. All these things resulted in many showings and a sales contract in a very short time in a tough general real estate market.

Mark grew up in central Wisconsin and was introduced to the outdoors by his father and grandfather at an early age. Through trout fishing the Embarrass River, hooking walleyes in northern Wisconsin and hunting deer in the fall, a love and respect for the outdoors was developed. Mark is now passing his knowledge and passion for the outdoors down to his two boys, as they have started to create their own memories on the water and in the field.
In addition to being a top producing recreational Land Specialist, Mark has a Bachelor's degree in education and a Master's degree in administration. Mark practices good land stewardship by continuing to develop his personal properties as well as his client's properties into whitetail destinations through the construction of food plots, secure fawning areas and sanctuaries.
The combination of Mark's knowledge and experience along with his ability to efficiently and effectively communicate with people to find the kind of property that fits all their needs and wants, makes Mark uniquely qualified in helping you with your next land purchase or sale.
